Reusable Nappy Week will be held in 2010 during 11th - 17th October and will feature events held all around the country.
If you would like to help in any way please join the ANN and contact your state coordinator.

Nappy Sewing Workshop & Display
Tuesday 12th October, 10.30am -2.30pm
Community Centre, Macquarie Centre, Corner of Herring and Waterloo Roads, North Ryde, NSW 2113

Some of the events that have been held in the past and may be held again next year are as follows.
* INFORMATION SESSIONS
Come and hear a formal or informal talk on reusable nappies, explaining the different types etc and hear from other parents who use them. These are also held throughout the year so check out our calendar for dates.
* LOCAL “NAPPYCINO” OR GATHERING
A simple coffee catch up at a child friendly cafe, or better still, a park, with other parents who use or would like to use reusable nappies. These are also held throughout the year so check out our calendar for dates.
* LIBRARY OR SHOPPING CENTRE DISPLAYS/STALLS
A reusable nappy display at a library or shopping centre brings reusable nappies to the community. These are great for exposing people to reusable nappies who may have never seen or heard of them before.
* LOCAL COUNCIL EVENTS / NAPPY EXPOS
Local councils have held reusable nappy and parenting and baby expos during reusable nappy week. Come along and see lots of different brands of reusable nappy.
* SEWING WORKSHOPS
Bring your sewing machine and nappy making supplies and learn from people who make nappies for a living or as a hobby (i.e. for their own children) and have a great time doing it. You come away with more knowledge on how to sew your own and with a few new nappies for your kids.
* FASHION PARADE
These have been held as part of a shopping centre display in the past. Great for showing reusable nappies in use and raising their profile within the community.
